Yes! We offer custom designs. Please note that custom orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

Our products are made in Morocco, supporting local artisans and preserving authentic craftsmanship.

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Casablanca, Morocco.

Delivery depends on your location:

• Delivery time:

  • Other countries: 7–15 business days

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package until it arrives.

Yes, international orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs, VAT, or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

You can return items that are unused and in their original condition within 14  days of delivery. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
