Refund Policy


At Berber Art Shop, we want you to love your handmade babouches. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items returned after the 14-day period

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at Contact@berberartshop.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send you instructions for returning your item

⚠️ Do not send items back without contacting us first.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

⏳ Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective, or
  • Damaged upon arrival

If this happens, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
